Wonder Landscapes: Logo Design

For this freelance project, I was tasked with designing a logo for a Virginia-based startup landscaping company. The client requested that the logo feature a cardinal, the state bird, along with the initials "VA," while giving me creative freedom for the rest of the design. I aimed to create a brand identity that not only symbolizes the company’s roots in Virginia but also highlights its connection to nature and and its vibrant, approachable personality.

I used bright hues and a cartoonish style to capture attention and convey a sense of energy and warmth. The final result is a cardinal perched on a branch, suggesting how wildlife is naturally drawn to the beautiful landscapes the company creates—symbolizing their dedication to landscaping excellence.
